Former Memphis police officers Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley and Justin Smith were acquitted on all state charges following an eight day trial, stemming from the 2023 beating death of Tyre Nichols. The former officers are expected to be sentenced this summer after they were convicted of lesser charges in their federal case. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
