Police say 23-year-old 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall was shot while walking in San Francisco by a 17-year-old suspect in an attempted armed robbery on Saturday. In a social media post, Pearsall’s mother wrote he was shot in the chest, with the bullet exiting out his back and missing his vital organs. The NFL rookie has since been released from the hospital.
