The Supreme Court agreed to hear a case in which Congress intervened to help victims of terrorism sue Palestinian entities. The Palestine Liberation Organization and Palestinian Authority argue that a law Congress enacted in 2019 to allow victims of terrorism to sue the authorities violates their due process rights. NBC News’ Angela Cenedella explains what the Supreme Court’s agreement means for the case.
