A traffic playground in Littleton, Colorado teaches young riders the rules of the road, hoping to instill confidence and navigation skills. The initiative is borne out of tragedy, after a seventh grader was killed on the road while riding his bike to school. Littleton is not the only city with a traffic playground, the organization Discover Traffic Gardens helps build these types of playgrounds all over the country.
