A former West Point cadet is being sued by his former girlfriend over an alleged forced abortion, where he drugged her with Xanax before forcing abortion pills into her mouth, leading her to miscarry. Caleb Suh, who pleaded guilty to assault in June 2026, left West Point to continue his education at Cornell, and then Columbia University.
